But you may be tempted to have an ocean swim or take part in some water sports or other activities. Your stay on Zanzibar would be incomplete without dipping into a bit of its fascinating culture and history, so we include a guided tour around historic Stone Town, the characterful quarter of the island capital with its narrow streets and patchwork of architectural styles.
